너무나 어울리는 하루였습니다…
그렇게 하루종일 듣는 것으로도 모자라 길을 걸으면서도 들었습니다.
주홍 가로등불이 물빛에 너무나 촉촉하던 밤의 시간을 걸었습니다.
머리 속도, 마음 속도 온통 ‘피아노 맨’으로 가득채우고요.
운동화 끈을 질끈 동여 매고 걷는 발걸음에 웃음이, 힘이 묻어났습니다.
알 수 없는 일이었어요.
전혀 웃을 일도, 힘날 일도 없는 마음인데 웃음이 나고 힘이 났으니까요.
신기하다, 고맙다.. 하였습니다.
걸었던 그 길을 돌아오는 길은.. 택시 안이었습니다.
택시 안에서도 들었습니다.
더욱 더 크게.. 머리 속도 마음 속도 쿵쾅이도록요.
그런데 참 이상합니다.
눈물이 납니다.
머리 속도 마음 속도 노래로 가득 채우려하였으나
오히려 쿵쾅이는 노래 속에서 더욱 또렷이 보이는 것은
파도에 휩쓸려 무너져내리는 나의 모래성………….
나는 보았습니다.
나는 모래성을 쌓았습니다.
파도 앞에 꼼짝할 수 없이 무너져 내리는 모래성,
그것이 나라는 것을 또렷이 또렷이 보았습니다…
나는 어제 하루종일 ‘피아노 맨’을 들었습니다.
노래에 취하였습니다.
술에 취하였습니다.
슬픔에 취하였습니다.
사랑에 취하였습니다…
사랑에 취하여 우리 님들 모두 다 보고싶습니다..
